Timeliness is Key
Please arrive on time-not too early and not too late! We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you're over 10 minutes late, a £20 late fee will apply. If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Reschedule
Need to reschedule? No worries! Just give us 48 hours' notice and we'll transfer your deposit to a new date. Unfortunately, your deposit will be forfeited if you don't notify us in time.

Deposit
To lock in your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required.
But don't worry, the deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost!
Refund Policy
We have a no-refund policy for all treatments. If you're not happy with your dermal filler results, we can offer dissolving on the day of your appointment!
